Byte Bugs are Microprocessors that are designed for simple computer control applications.  They  typically communicate at 9600 baud (though high-speed versions may be available) and only require a couple of external components.  E3C Devices allow 256 chips or NCD devices to share a single serial port.  You must provide a device number (0-255) when ordering an E3C compliant microprocessor.  Please download our microprocessor data sheets for a complete description of each component.

Analog Control Processors are devices that allow stand-alone circuit operation without the need for an external computer or microcontroller.  ACPs are programmed with various functions such as VU level meter, light dimmers, and dark/light activated switches.  ACPs are programmed to substitute complex analog circuit control functions.
