Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping within the continental US for all order over $100.00.  Orders under $100.00 or any order outside the continental US will not be eligible for free shipping.

5-Year Warranty/Money Back Guarantee

Most boards are guaranteed against manufacturing and functionality defects for a full 5 years!  Not to mention a 30-day money back guarantee!  If for any reason you are not happy with a relay purchased from Relay Pros, simply return it within 30 days and we will give you your money back!  We cannot refund any air or international shipping charges that have been charged.  Controllers that are damaged by our customers will not of course be warranted under any circumstances. 

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS OR ORDERS OF 5 PIECES OR MORE OF A SPECIFIC PRODUCT.  For example, if you purchase pieces of an identical controller, your purchase is not refundable in whole or in part.  We recommend ordering one board for testing prior to placing an order for a quantity of boards.

Removable Tabs

Some boards include a "Removable Tab" feature.  Removable tabs allow the user to break the outer edges of a controller to reduce the size.  With the tabs in place, the controller will fit a stock plastic enclosure.  With the tabs removed, the controller will be physically smaller, but it will no-longer fit stock enclosures.  Boards that have the tabs removed are not returnable for refund or credit under any circumstances.

Software

Software purchased from Relay Pros cannot be returned for refund or credit under any circumstances.

Outside U.S. and Canada

The return of Products sold outside the U.S. and Canada will be handled on an individual basis based on circumstances.  Replacement or Return Shipping charges outside the U.S. and Canada are not typically covered under our guarantee.
