Wired Contact Closure Relay

MirX controllers allow contact closure inputs to control relays in a remote location using a two board design.  Both boards are equipped with two contact closure inputs and two relays installed on each board.  Each contact closure controls a relay on the opposite board.  Both boards are included when you purchase a MirX.

Selecting a Wired Contact Closure Relay

MirX boards boards below have two relays installed and two contact closure inputs on each board.  You now have your choice of 5, 10, 20 or 30 amp relay installed.  A simple dry contact closure will connect to the inputs of either board and control a corresponding relay on the opposite board.  These are sold as a pair and are connected using a three wire cable with a maximum range of 1000' (300 meters).  For more information on selecting the correct relay for your application see Choosing a Proper Amperage.
